Wow is all I have to say about the Final table of the Main Event of the WSOP! I watched most of it last night live on ESPN 3 without seeing the hole cards. Don't want to give away what happens but this years coverage will be among the best in recent years. There was a hand that was almost the exact hand that Moneymaker had vs. Ivey to knock him out in 2003! All in pre-flop with nines vs. A-Q. Flop comes Q-Q-rag, turn brings the nine for a full house, and river brings an Ace for a higher full house. Wow what a suck, re-suck, re-suck out hand! Caouldn't have scripted more drama in a hand than that. Live Poker is so rigged, LOL. Beware of the donkl today. Happy Donkday. Tony

Blogger Freeroll

I want to thank Poker Stars for giving free money to us Bloggers. I am referring to the 5K Blogger Freeroll I took part in on Sunday. Not too bad with around 260 players they paid the top 36 spots. Didn’t cash but got within a few hands of doing so, knocked out in the 48 place. First prize was a not too shabby little over 1K. The structure was total turbo shove fest but what do you want for a freeroll? Didn’t get to play with any Bloggers I recognized but these days the Blogger universe has gotten really big so it’s hard to know many people in these freerolls.
