Losing the Will to Blog

I have lost the will/desire to write posts here. Feels I have less and less to post about. The government communist BS was like a body blow right in the Junk.(Must give credit for that expression to Dr. Pauly.) Will try to post here at least once a week but that's down from the once a day I used to do. The games at Cake Poker are real soft right now but how long will we be able to play there? Wish I had live Poker closer to my house than the 2 hours it would take me to go to Mount Airy or the 2 and a half hours to Atlantic City or Foxwoods. Let's look on the bright side at least the tornadoes didn't damage our house or our ourselves! Happy downer of a weekend. Tony

My Online Poker Update

Only place I have been playing is at Cake Poker. Now that my options are limited don't know what to do with myself. Think I will join Clubwpt.com, seems like a good deal $19.95 a month. Will research it more before joining. I will do a post about them once I join the site. Happy Holidays everyone. Tony

Online Poker News

Finally some good news about all this. The government has cut a deal with Full and PokerStars to give them back their domain names. At least now we can orderly get our money back and hopefully not have to wait like 8 months(Neteller). Good Luck. Tony

Saving Face

I had a bad restless night of sleep over this shutdown of our access to Online Poker thing(In case you missed it yesterday.). The big three have all been indicted and our ability to play real money games has been taken away from us. Supposedly our government is that stupid to let all this new tax money slip through their fingers. To me and any other sane person at a time of huge government deficits and joblessness it seams crazy to let this free money get away.Hmm... maybe there is a method to this madness. I have come up with a major theory about why this has happened and what the future brings. Drum rolls please.... IMHO - This whole indictment is a pre-planned agreement between the government and the sites. Why would this be you ask? Quite simple the time is finally here for the US government to get their head out of their ass and do the right thing to legalize and regulate the Online Poker world. Isn't it odd that the major Poker sites signed these partner agreements with big US Casino companies a few weeks ago? I believe they knew this was coming and wanted to be ready to jump legit once the law is changed. Think about it the US government could never grant known lawbreakers a license without looking totally useless without punishing the Sites first. This is what will happen. 1) The major sites will all pay huge crazy fines. 2) Upper management will all pay personal fines and get suspended sentences or maybe have to resign. 3) After a "Cooling" off period the government will let these new partnerships get licenses for Online Poker and everything will be right in the world. Just think how much sense this makes. The government looks good by protecting us from these evil offshore companies. They collect their fines(bribes) from the former law breakers. The sites sit out and can come back as reformed entities. Online Poker grows even stronger as a legit business in the USA. Jobs are created and money is generated toward paying down our debt. What a great country and world we live in. what does everyone else thing is going to happen? Tony

P.S. - Am I just hoping this will happen and that our country hasn't faded more towards communism...hmm we will see.

The End is Here!

I was shocked when I got from another hard days work that I couldn't play $1-2 Razz on Poker Stars to blow off some steam!! Un-fucking-real is all I have to say about this situation. Thought I lived in a free country but I thought wrong for sure! Bunch of Hypercritical A-holes are telling me what to do with my already paid taxes on own earned money. This is only the start. We are moving more and more towards communism in this country. What a fucking joke. I am just speechless. End of rant for now...... Tony
