Quick Borgata Trip Report

Maybe it was because this was a holiday weekend?  Maybe this is the state of Live Limit Poker these days. All I am trying to say is that the players at low stakes live Limit Holdem has gotten much worse!  I would have had to get extremely unlucky to lose at the $3-6 Limit games this weekend at the Borgata.  I think the .01-.02 No Limit on Party Poker are tougher to beat!  Happy Memorial day.  Thanks for reading and good luck at the tables.  Tony

Memorial Day Weekend

Thankfully a 3 day weekend is here!  I'm going down to the Borgata with my parents and hopefully my wife today.  Should be fun, a day of Poker.  Also the best Buffet in Atlantic city!  Expect a trip report tomorrow.  Thanks for reading and good luck at the tables.  Tony

Still Sick

Woke up today just as sick as I was on Friday.  I thought it had broken on Sunday but I was premature.  Oh well hope I will be better by tomorrow. 5 days at home in bed it too much!  Thanks for reading and good luck at the tables.  Tony

MTT Win

I finally played through my bad streak of MTT varience.  Yesterday was really bad!  I won a short field MTT just now.  Good luck playing on this beautiful Saturday.  I am felling better today, the fever has finally broken.  Tony

Sick Time

I have been in bed sick for most of the last three days.  I went from severe allergies to a severe sinus infection.  My temperature was over 102 for almost 2 full days.  I am on meds and trying to get some rest this weekend.  I don't want to turn this BLOG into a health one so should be returning to Poker tomorrow.  Thanks for reading and good luck at the tables.  Tony

Allergies

Here in the Northeast the Tree pollen seams to be at it's worst!  I couldn't breathe well all night.  It was so bad that I didn't go into work.  Instead I went to see my Doctor.  They gave me, what I call, the wonder shot.  A shot of Depakote and I'm good for 6 weeks, which should take me to the end of allergy season.  To all my fellow suffers good luck with them!  Thanks for reading and good luck at the tables.  Tony

RIP

We had my Grandmother's funeral yesterday.  Thanks to everyone that attended.  She will be missed. RIP Nani.  Tony

Birthday Poker

There is a saying that everyday isn't your birthday when playing cards.  Meaning anyone can play good cards well.  It's how we deal with adversity that measures our skill as a card player.  Well yesterday was really my birthday and it felt like it on Party Poker! I get hit in the face with the deck for sure.  To some it up I made Quad Aces at a no limit table, bet the pot on the river and got paid off no less!  It was a great day at the tables and I hope everyday could be my birthday while playing.  Thanks for reading and good luck at the tables.  Tony
